“Declare Independence From Empty Dates” Venue Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

These Official Rules govern the “Declare Independence From Empty Dates” Venue Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, paid membership, subscription, or other consideration is necessary to enter or to win any prize in this Sweepstakes. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. The Grand Prize is awarded by random drawing among all eligible entries, as described in Section 10. The $500 Cash Referral Prize is a separate, effort-based award described in Section 7. Entries submitted by the online form (Section 5.A) and entries submitted by the Alternate Method of Entry (Section 5.B) have an equal chance of being selected for the Grand Prize.

2. Sponsor

The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is OMG Rentals Inc. (founder: Dylan Johnson), with a registered business address at 8 The Green, STE B, Dover, DE 19901, and principal operations in the State of Georgia, USA (the “Sponsor”). For Sweepstakes inquiries, contact dylan@omg-rentals.com.

This Sweepstakes is conducted solely by the Sponsor and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social-media platform, advertising platform, payment processor, or any government, civic, or commemorative body (including, without limitation, any official “America's 250th,” “America250,” “USA250,” or similar program, mark, or logo). All trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Eligibility

Grand Prize eligibility. The Grand Prize (Section 8) is open only to individuals who, as of the time of entry, are all of the following:

• a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;
• at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater); and
• the owner of, or an authorized operator/decision-maker for, an active event venue located in the United States (a venue that is currently open and booking events).

$500 Cash Referral Prize eligibility. The $500 Cash Referral Prize (Section 7) is open to any individual who is a legal U.S. resident and at least eighteen (18) years of age and who has submitted a valid entry, whether or not that individual owns or operates a venue.

General exclusions. Employees, officers, directors, members, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and household members (whether or not related) of each such person, are not eligible to win any prize. The Sponsor's current paid clients and active service agreement holders are not eligible to win the Grand Prize but may, at the Sponsor's discretion, participate in the referral mechanic; consult the Sponsor before entering if this may apply to you.

Void where prohibited. This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. It is the entrant's responsibility to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Eligibility is subject to verification at any time.

4. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, June 29, 2026 and entries must be received by Monday, July 6, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). The Sponsor's computer (or its designated entry administrator's clock) is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified. For mailed Alternate Method of Entry submissions, see the receipt deadline in Section 5.B.

5. How to Enter (Free)

There are two (2) ways to enter, and they have an equal chance of winning the Grand Prize. Limit one (1) entry per person and per venue, regardless of method. Duplicate or multiple entries by the same person or for the same venue will be consolidated into a single entry; attempts to enter more than once using multiple identities, email addresses, or other methods will void all of that person's entries.

A. Online Entry (free)

During the Entry Period, visit the Sweepstakes entry page at https://giveaway.omg-rentals.com and completely and accurately fill out and submit the online entry form. No purchase, payment, or paid membership is required to complete the form. The form requests, at minimum: your first and last name, the venue name and website, your role, venue type, capacity, average rental fee/revenue band, your primary booking bottleneck, your ad-readiness, and a valid business email address and phone number. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that contain false or inaccurate information may be disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — by mail, free

To enter without using the online form, hand-print the following on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope:

• your full name;
• your mailing address, email address, and phone number;
• your date of birth (to confirm you are 18+);
• your venue name, venue website (if any), your role at the venue, and a statement that you own or operate an active U.S. event venue; and
• the words: “Declare Independence From Empty Dates Sweepstakes Entry.”

Limit one (1) mailed entry per outer envelope. Mailed entries must be postmarked by July 5, 2026 and received by July 6, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Mailed entries that are not received by the deadline (for any reason, including mail delays) will not be entered. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, or illegible mail. Each valid AMOE entry receives the same chance of winning the Grand Prize as an online entry. (Note: because the $500 Cash Referral Prize depends on tracked, unique referral links generated by the online entry system, mailed AMOE entrants who wish to participate in the referral mechanic should contact the Sponsor at dylan@omg-rentals.com to be issued a referral code at no cost.)

6. Referral / Dual-Winner Mechanic (Optional)

Referring others is completely optional and is NOT required to enter or to win. Every valid entry has the same chance in the Grand Prize drawing whether or not the entrant refers anyone.

Upon submitting a valid online entry, each entrant is issued a unique referral link. If an entrant chooses to share that link and a person who enters through it is selected as the Grand Prize winner in the random drawing, then both the referred person (the drawn winner) and the entrant who referred them (the referrer) will each receive the Grand Prize, subject to all eligibility and redemption conditions in these Official Rules.

Conditions and limits:

• To receive the Grand Prize as a referrer under this mechanic, the referrer must themselves be an eligible Grand Prize entrant (i.e., a U.S. resident, 18+, who owns or operates an active U.S. event venue) and must satisfy all winner conditions in Sections 10–11. A referrer who is not Grand-Prize-eligible may still compete for the $500 Cash Referral Prize (Section 7) but cannot receive a Grand Prize.
• The dual-winner award applies only to the direct referrer of the drawn winner (one level only); chains of referrals do not cascade.
• Self-referral, referral of fictitious persons, referral of persons who do not independently qualify, and any automated, bulk, or fraudulent referral activity are prohibited and will void the referral and may void all of the offending entrant's entries.
• Capacity cap. In the event the dual-winner mechanic would result in more Grand Prize awards than the Sponsor can reasonably fulfill, the Sponsor reserves the right to limit the total number of Grand Prizes awarded and/or to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion, consistent with these Official Rules.

7. $500 Cash Referral Prize (Skill / Effort-Based)

Separate and apart from the random-drawing Grand Prize, the Sponsor will award one (1) $500 USD Cash Referral Prize to the entrant who generates the most qualified referrals during the Entry Period. This is an effort-based award, not a game of chance — it is determined by measurable performance, not by random selection.

Open to all entrants. Any valid entrant may compete for the $500 Cash Referral Prize, whether or not they own or operate a venue. (This gives non-venue-owners a way to participate and win.)

What counts as a “qualified referral.” A “qualified referral” is a distinct individual who: (a) enters the Sweepstakes through the competing entrant's unique referral link (or referral code), (b) completes the online entry form in full, and (c) independently meets the Grand Prize eligibility criteria in Section 3 (i.e., is a U.S. resident, 18+, who owns or operates an active U.S. event venue) as verified by the Sponsor. Referrals that are incomplete, duplicative, self-referrals, fraudulent, bot-generated, or that do not independently qualify will not be counted.

Tally method. The Sponsor will tally each competing entrant's qualified referrals based on its referral-tracking system as of the close of the Entry Period (July 6, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET). The Sponsor's records are final and determinative.

Tie-breaker. In the event of a tie for the most qualified referrals, the prize will be awarded to the tied entrant whose qualifying referrals reached the qualifying threshold earliest (i.e., the entrant who recorded their highest qualified-referral count at the earliest timestamp). If a tie still remains, the Sponsor will award the prize to the tied entrant whose own entry was received earliest. The Sponsor's determination is final.

The $500 Cash Referral Prize will be paid by Stripe (ACH or card payout) to the verified winner within thirty (30) days after winner verification and receipt of any required tax/identity documentation (see Sections 8 and 11).

8. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Grand Prize — one (1)

One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a “6-Week Venue Sprint” booking-engine build plus a 90-day managed run — the Sponsor's done-for-you venue booking engine (the “6-Week Venue Sprint”), built and operated for the winner's venue across the build and managed-run period.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: $3,997 USD.
• The Sponsor's itemized program value for the underlying offer is $13,997; however, the ARV used for this Sweepstakes — the actual value to the winner and the figure governing these Official Rules — is $3,997, which corresponds to the Sponsor's standard price for the program.
• Ad-spend condition (winner-funded). The Grand Prize does not include advertising/media spend. As a condition of redemption, the Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for funding their own advertising spend of approximately $35 per day (~$1,000/month) paid into the winner's own advertising account (e.g., Meta) for the duration of the managed run. This advertising spend is paid by the winner directly to the advertising platform, is never collected or pooled by the Sponsor, and is the winner's “fuel,” not a fee paid to the Sponsor. A winner who is unwilling or unable to fund this advertising spend cannot redeem the Grand Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
• Services agreement required. Redemption of the Grand Prize requires the winner to enter into a separate written services agreement with the Sponsor governing the build and managed run, including activity conditions and the measurement window (see Section 11). No portion of the Grand Prize is redeemable for cash, and the Grand Prize is non-transferable (see Section 11).

$500 Cash Referral Prize — one (1)

One (1) $500 USD cash prize, awarded as described in Section 7. ARV: $500 USD.

Total ARV

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $4,497 USD (under $5,000).

Odds and value notes: The ARVs above represent the Sponsor's good-faith determination of value. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a prize as realized by a winner will not be awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly described as included are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) and, where the value of prizes won meets or exceeds the applicable threshold, may be issued an IRS Form 1099. The Sponsor will report prize values as required by law.

9. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The $500 Cash Referral Prize is not awarded by chance; it is awarded to the entrant with the most qualified referrals as described in Section 7, and therefore does not have “odds” in the random-chance sense.

10. Winner Selection and Notification

Grand Prize drawing. The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative on or about July 6, 2026. The selection of the Grand Prize winner is by chance, and all decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.

$500 Cash Referral Prize determination. The $500 Cash Referral Prize recipient will be determined by the qualified-referral tally as of the close of the Entry Period, as described in Section 7, on or about the same date.

Notification. Potential winners will be notified by the Sponsor by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at entry, within approximately three (3) business days of the drawing/determination. Each potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance within five (5) days (the “Response Deadline”) of the date the notification is sent.

Forfeiture. A prize and notification may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected (Grand Prize: by random drawing from remaining eligible entries; Referral Prize: the next-highest qualified-referral entrant), if a potential winner: (a) cannot be reached or fails to respond by the Response Deadline; (b) is found to be ineligible; (c) fails to provide any requested verification, identity, tax, or eligibility documentation by the deadline the Sponsor specifies; (d) declines the prize; (e) fails to sign and return any required affidavit/declaration of eligibility, liability and publicity release, or — for the Grand Prize — the services agreement (Section 11) within the time specified; or (f) is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. The Sponsor is not obligated to award a prize if no eligible entrant claims it after reasonable selection attempts.

11. Conditions of Prize Acceptance

Grand Prize — services agreement and activity conditions. As a condition of receiving and redeeming the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner must execute the Sponsor's separate written services agreement, which will set out the terms of the build and managed run, including, without limitation: (a) the winner's obligation to fund approximately $35/day in their own advertising account for the managed run; (b) the winner's obligation to host the venue tours generated and to provide timely approvals, access, and information; (c) a defined measurement window for any performance milestones; and (d) other standard service terms. The Grand Prize covers the Sponsor's build-and-run services only. It does not include advertising spend, third-party software fees beyond what the Sponsor expressly provides, travel, or any other cost not expressly stated as included. Failure to sign the services agreement, or failure to meet its activity conditions, may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize and/or termination of services without substitute compensation.

No cash substitution; non-transferability. The Grand Prize may not be substituted for cash and is non-transferable and non-assignable. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or cannot be awarded as described for any reason. The $500 Cash Referral Prize is paid in cash and is non-transferable.

Publicity and liability releases. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes the winner's consent (and may require the winner's signed consent) for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, city/state, voice, statements, likeness, venue name, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation. Each winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release as a condition of receiving a prize.

12. General Terms and Conditions

Publicity Release. See Section 11. By entering, each entrant (to the extent permitted by law) consents to the Sponsor's use described in Section 11 if they are a winner.

Limitation of Liability. By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, agents, and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage. The Released Parties are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, or undeliverable entries or communications; technical, hardware, software, network, telephone, or internet failures; errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes; or any error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize or these Official Rules. The Grand Prize is provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee of any specific business result except as expressly stated in the separate services agreement; any business-outcome commitments are governed solely by that agreement, not by these Official Rules. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of the above may not apply to a given entrant.

Disputes; Governing Law. Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. The entrant and Sponsor consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia for any dispute not otherwise subject to these terms.

General Conditions. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike, fraudulent, or disruptive manner. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes (or any part of it) if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, and in such case to award eligible prizes by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. CAUTION: Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term.

Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy practices and will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, to verify eligibility, to contact entrants, to fulfill prizes, and — where the entrant has consented or as otherwise permitted by law — for the Sponsor's marketing communications. By entering, you consent to the Sponsor's collection and use of your information for these purposes. For details, see the Sponsor's privacy policy at https://omg-rentals.com/privacy or contact dylan@omg-rentals.com. The Sponsor does not sell entrant personal information. Entrants may request that the Sponsor stop sending marketing communications at any time.

13. Winners List

To request the name of the Grand Prize winner and the $500 Cash Referral Prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by August 6, 2026 to:
